Wall Structure

The purpose of this assignment was to make a wall that interests us, out of one or more polygonal shapes. I chose to make the wall I did because I like the idea of having storage, hence the openings of the cubes, and I also like the idea of having two rooms being connected by an archway and I feel a piece like this is a good way of putting two rooms together and bringing in similar colors.
I really like how sturdy the polygons turned out after i painted them. The only thing i would change is the fact that they are connected using double sided tape because i ran out of hot glue sticks and don't have the money to get more. This is however something i do plan to use maybe on my desk at home or something as a place for storage for things such as pens and even mail.

Mask

The objective for this project was to make a realistic sized mask out of at least 3 polygons. For my project, I made a fish mask. I feel I solved the problem because I used 3 polygons and used many different materials to design the mask. I used tissue paper to give the mask a texturized look and drew on flowers just to attract the eye. I added silver strips to the edges of the body to sort of bring out the length of the body.
In the end, I can't say I'm ecstatic about how my mask turned out because the polygons arent really as noticeable as i'd have liked them to bem which i feel defeats the purpose of the project. If I had had more time to work on this I feel I could have chosen better shapes, but with all the chaos of everyone trying to figure out how to print the shapes and with finals going on there just wasnt the time needed to work on this as much as I would have liked. At this point, I feel in order to make it look better I'd have to start over completely.
